According to the World Health Organization, self-care is not just about occasional pampering; it is a daily commitment to maintaining and improving our health. Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP) members can access multiple wellness resources to help you practice self-care. FSBP has six different programs to help you with your mental health. Self-care means taking care of yourself mentally and physically. If you want to work on your physical health, look into our Wellness Incentives. You can earn up to $400 by completing the Simple Steps to Living Well Together program.
