COVID-19 Update: AFSPA Member Services Continue

AFSPA Members:

As the coronavirus/covid-19 outbreak continues to spread in the Washington region, AFSPA will implement plans to protect our staff and continue service to our members. Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, AFSPA will handle daily operations remotely. Staff will answer calls, respond to emails, and handle other AFSPA business via telework. We do not anticipate any disruptions to service for members.

The AFSPA office will be closed, and we will not be able to provide in-person service. While staff will continue to process mail, I encourage you to utilize online service options, such as AFSPA Member Portal (www.myafspa.org), the Aetna secure member website (http://www.aetnanavigator.com/), and the Express Scripts site (http://www.express-scripts.com/consumer/site/home?partner=FSBP&accessLink=FSBPDCC).

We continue to monitor the coronavirus situation around the world to ensure we are doing all we can to support you wherever you are. Thank you for your continued trust in us.
