A new Member Portal will be replacing the existing “desktop” portal on August 30, 2024. The new portal will be easy to use and will work on both desktop and mobile devices to submit your claims. The new portal offers a fresh look and allows you to:

• Submit claims using mobile photos (jpg or png) and/or PDFs
• Submit wellness incentive claims
• Update your member profile information (like address, email, phone number, etc.)
• Pay select Ancillary Insurance Program (AIP) premiums online using a credit/debit card
• Send secure messages
• Access important Plan brochures and forms
• Stay up to date with AFSPA’s latest news
• And much more

If you have already been using the new AFSPA Member Portal, thanks for giving it a try! If you have been using the existing “desktop” Member Portal, we encourage you to check out the new Member Portal today! You can access the new Member Portal at afspamembers.afspa.org using your current AFSPA Member Portal login credentials.
