Medicare Part B began no-cost to participant coverage of Over the Counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests on April 4, 2022.  Individuals receiving their primary medical coverage through Medicare Part B  can obtain up to eight tests per month at no cost until the end of the public health emergency.  Tests must be obtained at participating pharmacies.
